The “13th Five-Year” national key research and development plan project “Key Technologies and Equipment for Intelligent Processing and Distribution of Formed Steel Bars in Construction Engineering” successfully passed the performance evaluation.

On August 9, 2022, the “13th Five-Year” national key research and development plan project “Key Technologies and Equipment for Intelligent Processing and Distribution of Formed Steel Bars in Construction Engineering” (2018YFC0705803) successfully passed the project performance evaluation and acceptance.

The meeting was jointly held by the project lead unit Shanghai Construction Engineering Group, organized by 6 subjects, and Professor Qingshan Yang served as the review team leader. More than 50 members of the expert group and the project R&D team attended the meeting.

At the meeting, researcher Hongxue Zhao, the leader of the project, reported in detail the overall research situation of the project, the research results and their innovation, organization management and personnel training.
After questioning and discussion, the expert group unanimously agreed that the project has completed the research contents and assessment indicators specified in the task book, and agreed to pass the project performance evaluation and acceptance.

This subject belongs to the third subject of the project “Development of Key Technologies for Integrated Platform and Equipment for Industrialized Construction of Construction Engineering Sites” (2018YFC0705800).
The subject is researched from the aspects of standardized design, automatic processing, specialized distribution, integrated platform installation and information management of steel skeleton.
And a new type of intelligent construction technology and complete sets of equipment covering the whole process of processing, distribution and installation of construction engineering formed steel skeleton has been constructed.
The relevant technical achievements have been demonstrated and applied in 5 projects including the T2 office building of Shanghai Xujiahui Center.
It significantly reduces on-site construction costs, is conducive to improving the level of industrial construction of construction projects, and has broad market application prospects, which will add new impetus to the company’s industrial development.
