CABR/M intelligent construction elevator major scientific and technological achievements transformation special project passed the acceptance.

Recently, the major special project of Hebei Province,”R&D and industrialization of intelligent construction elevators based on cloud platform”  undertaken by our company  successfully passed the acceptance.

The meeting was presided over by Tao Zhang, director of Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology.
Relevant leaders such as Xiuyan Zhang and Xin Liu from the Achievement Section of the Langfang Science and Technology Bureau attended the meeting.
Industry experts, and more than 20 people from the project team and technology management department attended the meeting.

Senior engineer Guocheng Tian, the project leader, reported to the expert group in detail the overall research situation of the project, industrialization research results and innovation, industrialization demonstration and promotion, social and economic benefits, organization and implementation management, and fully demonstrated the project research and application through video Live.
The expert group believed that the project had completed all the indicators stipulated in the mission statement, and the industrialization effect was good, and they unanimously agreed to pass the inspection.

The project has developed an intelligent construction elevator based on a cloud platform through further research on the core technology of construction elevators and the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.

The project has developed new devices such as the main chord automatic cutting and processing device, the cage welding device, the mast section welding tool, the driving system welding tool, and the manual release device.

The project built a special production line for industrialization, established a testing and quality control system,and formed new technology,such as safety management information technology, elevator intelligent control technology, structural optimization and modular technology, safe escape and personnel safety protection technology, product quality control and detection technology,etc.

The project has been authorized 1 invention patent, 2 utility model patents, 2 software copyrights, edited 2 industry/group standards, and participated in the compilation of 2 national standards.

Since the implementation of the project two years ago, the new technologies and new devices formed have been industrialized in many fields such as construction and industrial engineering.
These applications include:
Construction of high-rise and super high-rise civil buildings;
Sampling for industrial occasions such as chimneys, papermaking, solid waste treatment, chemical plants, and cement plants;
Maintenance of large bridge towers, port machinery and other buildings or facilities;
Climbing operations for engineering structures such as ultra-high and large iron towers, port cranes and other equipment, etc.

These have achieved considerable economic benefits.

New technologies and new standards in the field of product digital upgrade and intelligent control formed by the project can promote the overall improvement of the technical level of the industry.
The informatization and intelligence level of the construction elevator has been improved, and it has broad prospects for promotion and application.
