Recently,the two scientific and technological achievement evaluation meetings of the “13th Five-Year” national key research and development plan subject “Key Technologies and Equipment for Intelligent Processing and Distribution of Formed Steel Bars in Construction Engineering” (2018YFC0705803) organized and implemented by our company were held through a combination of online and offline methods.

The research group repoerted two scientific and technological achievements of “intelligent processing equipment for beam-column reinforcement cages” and “intelligent processing equipment for wall-board reinforcement cages” in terms of research background, significance, key technologies and innovations, economic and social benefits.

The achievement “intelligent processing equipment for beam-column reinforcement cages” mainly includes key technologies such as precise positioning and stable guidance of steel bars, integrated forming of composite polygonal stirrups, automatic welding of skeleton and follow-up auxiliary support.The intelligent processing of typical beam-column steel skeleton is realized.

The achievement “intelligent processing equipment for wall-board reinforcement cages” mainly includes key technologies such as precise positioning and stable guiding of steel bars, combined forming of steel bars and automatic welding of skeletons, which realizes the automatic forming of connecting beams and edge components.

After questioning and discussion, the expert group evaluated the two scientific and technological achievements and agreed that the two scientific and technological achievements have reached the international advanced level. With the development of construction industrialization, the automation and information management and processing of prefabricated steel bar products will become an inevitable trend, and the two scientific and technological achievements have broad application prospects.
